The Komati Basin Water Authority (KOBWA) is a bi-national company formed in 1993 through the treaty on the Development and Utilization of the Water Resources of the Komati River Basin signed in 1992 between the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Republic of South Africa. The purpose of KOBWA is to implement Phase 1 of the Komati River Basin Development Project.

Les Commissions Internationales pour la Protection de la Moselle et de la Sarre (CIPMS) existent depuis 50 ans. Suite à la Convention sur la canalisation de la Moselle du 27 octobre 1956, les gouvernements de la République Fédérale d’Allemagne, de la République française et du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg signèrent, le 20 décembre 1961 à Paris, la convention portant création d’une Commission Internationale pour la protection de la Moselle contre la pollution.

The Yukon River Panel (YRP) makes recommendations to management entities on in both sides of the US/Canada border concerning the conservation and management of salmon originating in Canada. Unlike other regional panels and committees established under the Pacific Salmon Treaty, the Yukon River Panel follows its own internal procedures and does not report to the Pacific Salmon Commission—the body formed by U.S. and Canadian governments to implement the PST.
