The most important impacts of Climate Change will be on the Earth’s water cycle.

Understanding the water cycle and how it will be modified by climate change is a real challenge. The water cycle describes the constant movement of water from ocean to atmosphere to the land surface and back to the ocean. On a global scale the total amount of water is not changing but its distribution is.
This website will be your guide to understanding water and climate change. Using our maps you will be able to visualise changing rainfall patterns.
