The scenery of the Nemunas delta, with its two main arms, Atmata and Skirvyt?, and the island Rusn?, which they surround, is unique. Water is omnipresent and dominates the landscape: river arms branching out, the big lagoon lake Krok? Lanka and many other small lakes, all interwoven. You can also find ancient river beds, swamps and marshes.

At 90 miles (140 km) in length, the Litani is the longest river in Lebanon.

La rivière Drôme est un affluent rive gauche du Rhône, qui prend sa source dans le Diois, sur le commune de la Bâtie des Fonds, à une altitude de 1030 m et s’écoule sur environ 106 km, selon un axe est-ouest, pour se jeter dans le Rhône sur les communes de Livron et Loriol à une altitude de 86 m.

Lake Peipsi is the largest transboundary water body in Europe and the fourth largest lake in Europe. The area of Lake Peipsi is 3,555 sq. km [km²], of which 44 % belongs to the Republic of Estonia and 56 % to the Russian Federation. Peipsi is a shallow lake; its average depth is 7.1 m and maximum depth 15.3 m. Up to one million migratory birds like geese, swans and ducks use Lake Peipsi as a resting place every year.

The Great Ouse Boating Association (GOBA) represents boaters on the rivers Great Ouse, Cam, Lark, Little Ouse, Wissey and associated East Anglian waterways of England. Established in 1958 it has over 3000 boating members

Communicating the needs and ideas of members is vital to our success in continuing as a strong association and we look forward to improving our already healthy relationship with the EA Navigation team and focussing on local every-day issues that will further enhance the pleasures we are privileged to enjoy on this fabulous river Great Ouse.
